Excavation Services

Excavations are where most large and small projects start. They can take on several forms and procedures. A few examples are complete foundation excavation and backfill. Cutting land for a new roadway, or altering existing landscapes are all achievable prospects.

All excavation procedures should be taken extremely seriously. Excavation can be one of the most dangerous parts of your project. Underground and overhead utilities, both public and private, existing structures, and existing irrigation and landscaping can all be major liabilities on any project.

Safety should be the number one concern when preforming any excavation procedure. We exercises multiple practices and procedures to perform all your excavation needs in a safe way. Employing “Call Before You Dig”, Hydrovac services, “Stand By”, hand digging. Along with additional safety devices and measures always ensures safety remains the top concern on site.

Demolition Services

Demolishing a dilapidated or unsafe structure is a valuable contribution to the condition of your property. Removal of independent or attached structures increases the value of your property and allows for construction of new structures, and features.

Demolition processes can be broken into a few phases. The deconstruction phase is where we prepare the structure for demolition by removing any salvageable materials. The demolition phase is where we demolish the structure and prepare the debris for disposal and removal. The clean up phase is where we clear the site and remove any remaining debris. When we are finished, we leave the site clean and ready for whatever your next project may be.

Structures to be demolished will have to be inspected and permitted before demolition can commence. Working with licensed inspectors for asbestos, lead, mold, and other hazardous materials allows us to identify if any hazardous materials exist in the structure. We will assist you in pulling any permits necessary for the demolition process. Safety of our workers, and the public is the top priority when evaluating structures for hazardous materials and demolition.

Driveway Repair & Grading

Mild driveway repair is a low-cost method for keeping your driveway in top condition to withstand the elements. Maintenance processes can be as simple as grading to fill in potholes, eliminate wash boarding, or adding more material on the roadway to thicken surface and fill in washed out sections.

Heavy driveway repair is more involved. Procedures can consist of heavily cutting the roadway to eliminate extreme washout and water pooling. Creating a solid crowned base for the new surface material to be applied and to allow for proper water shedding and drainage. Compaction equipment will be used to ensure the integrity of the base and surface material. Culvert piping, chase drains, and swales may also be required or implemented if excessive water is present or will be present and needs to be addressed to protect the roadway.

Grading can be applicable to several aspects of a project. Applications can be making level areas or pads for new building placements. Above ground pools and hot tubs. New concrete install. Driveway repair. Land preparation. Eliminate standing water along building foundations and areas on your property.

Property Cleanup

Removing years of overgrown foliage, large debris piles, broken equipment, and old cars will reestablish control of your property and allow for more usable and open space to enjoy.

Cleaning up your property and removing unsightly debris is an easy way to take a huge burden off your shoulders. Relieve some stress, and increase your property’s curb appeal.

Recyclable and reusable items are two things we are always on the lookout for when clearing your property. Certain items will have more value than others when clearing your property or when deciding what to remove.

Landscape & Irrigation

Tree & Stump Removal

Trees are a valuable asset to your property. They provide good shade, can yield fruit, and are aesthetically pleasing.

Unfortunately, some trees will need to be removed at times if new construction or safety concerns are presented. They may also be removed just to open up an area for future use.

Stump grinding is the most efficient way to remove unsightly stumps from your property. Unwanted stumps can impede maintenance, be a tripping hazard, and house invasive insects. Removal of stumps can also eliminate problem areas on your property allowing for easy recovery of your yard.

We take down small to medium sized trees and always offer stump grinding services to complete the job. If you have had a tree removed and are left with the unsightly stump. Call us, there is no stump too big or too small that we are not willing to come out and grind.

After grinding the stump, the mulch left over is great for garden ground cover and raised beds. We can also remove easily if unwanted.

Retaining Walls

Retaining walls are an excellent way to level out a steep slope for new parking spaces. Creating a nice landscaped area, and preventing damage to your property. Module block, boulder, timber, and concrete are widely used used retaining wall systems. When considering the right system for your property, budget, access to the area, water presence, are the most applicable factors.

The use of retaining walls can greatly value your property by preventing damage. When we evaluate your project, we will make sure you fully understand all components and options on which system will work the best for each situation.   Punctual. Patient. Professional. (great) Price. Big shout out to Austin and his crew for demolishing/replacing my driveway. Austin was great to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the project. I’d almost given up trying afford this project and these guys came back with a quote I could actually work with (unlike their competitors).   Austin, Andrew and crew removed an old shed from my property and I was very pleased with their work.  They took care of everything I had stored there which was a great relief to me.  I will use them in the near future for other projects as I know they will do a superior job of it.

Blue Tree Resources execution of the various jobs that we hired them to do (from excavation and tree stump removable to digging trenches and widening our road) were completed with precision, on time AND within the estimated budget! Considering that our mountain property is off-grid, this speaks to how prepared this young man is for any situation that might pop up, and how his "can-do", positive attitude plays a huge part in his success!   We had a large project where we needed to demo an old sunroom and concrete pad as well as dig out a new foundation for an addition on our home. Austin and his team were incredibly professional and worked with a sense of urgency to get the job done. He also took care to protect our existing sprinkler system which was not expected but very much appreciated.   Blue Tree Resources completed exceptional work on a full house demo project for us! Austin and everyone on his team that came out were great people and completed A+++ work.  I am honestly don't see a way this project could have gone any better.   Blue Tree service helped prep a portion of our yard for a fire pit and conversation area by clearing away approx 3 inches of gravel, stones and dirt. His communication was wonderful, he arrived early and did a thorough and quick job, making it easy for me to diy the rest! He made sure the site was leveled for proper drainage of rain water, cleaned up the job site by hauling away all the debris and even swept away stray dirt. We’re very happy with his work!

  Austin was great to work with. He was polite on time efficient and did a fantastic job in grading for our very large carport. We were challenged with some Rocky material on the hillside, which he was able to break up and move with ease. I highly recommend blue tree resources!

  Excellent company with excellent service! I had a retaining wall re-done a few years ago and was pleased with their expertise in putting in a wall I will never have to replace. They understood how to put in proper drainage to keep water away from my foundation. They set me up so I could easily put in my fencing.They came back and put in the sprinkler system with no extra charge. They were so professional and always discussed any changes that they needed to make before they did it. I liked them so much, I had them remove did and put in cement curbing and spill for my new vegetable garden. They made sure my sprinkler system worked and even came back to fix a leak. I highly recommend them if you want things done right!!

  Austin was great to work with. He came out to take a look and I walked him through all the things I wanted to do. He gave great advice and guidance. We bought the home in the winter and the exterior needed some love. Since we couldn’t afford to do it all at once he gave us recommendations on where to get started and the two projects we’ve done have made a huge difference for the exterior of our home! He ground down old tree stumps, installed a long planter bed in the backyard, laid sod as needed, and installed a flower bed and landscaping in our front yard. I wanted curbing for the front flower bed and he had a great recommendation who was also affordable. Once the curbing was laid he came back out to put in rock and finish the landscaping. All of this work was done over the course of two projects. He’s reliable, affordable and a machine when it comes to getting the work done! He’s also, all around, a nice guy.   Austin responded to the request quickly, gave a fair quote, and scheduled the work within the week. Work was done as we discussed. When the job was done, Austin cleaned the area better than it was when he arrived. Will definitely hire Austin again for any future landscaping work.
